Station Locations
The
Danville Fire Department includes four
fire stations. Our fire stations are
geographically located for a rapid
response by the engine company to the
alarm. To achieve this, the city has
been split into four areas with an
engine company assigned to protect its
area and respond as first due engine on
all First, Still, and Rescue alarms.
This location of stations in the four
basic areas allows at least one engine
company to respond to the alarm without
crossing railroad tracks that divide the
city.
